About Droplets: First, a duplicate image is created that is twice as big as
the original. Then, randomly-placed circles are cut out from the big image and pasted
into the small image (the larger size creates a refraction effect, just like real
water droplets act like magnifying lenses). Concentric transparent white circles
are drawn over these areas to add the 3D shading effect.
