About Freeze: Similar to emboss, this program finds sharp vertical
edges (assuming that, in 3D, they're the tops of surfaces), and adds
vertical icicle 'drips' of random lengths at these spots in the new image.

Tips: Any high-contrast image should do.

Inspiration: Seeing a slide-show presentation which showed perishable
art made outdoors. First we saw the original art, then we saw it in
winter. I thought "Hmm, that'd be a cool effect to make!"
