About Swirl: The original image is copied into a new image by drawing
concentric circles. The further out from the center, the more rotated the
pasted circle is, causing the image to warp. This is applied multiple times
for the resulting 'flushing' animation.

Tips: Any image will do. Smaller, square images are the best!

Inspiration: I first wrote this on my Atari 8-bit and really messed
up some digitized graphics I captured off of TV.
