About Water Ripples: This is identical to 'Even Water Ripples,' but the
sine wave's frequency is higher the smaller the radius is (making the
center of the image more distorted and the outer edges 'calmer.')

Tips: Any image will do! Square ones are the best, though.

Inspiration: Simple - real water!
|
Levels: The higher the level, the sharper the distortion and more
lightened and darkened the pixels are.
