Jack Teems reviewed WebFX in Issue 43 (December 1, 1998) of "Neat Net Tricks", an e-mail newsletter.
WEBFX is a nice graphics manipulation tool that allows you to link to a graphic on the web and then insert that graphic into about four dozen different effects, many of which are animated. You can then move the result to your own web site if you wish. No download of software, no special plug-ins, no java required, it's all at http://zippy.sonoma.edu/kendrick/webfx/ . And before someone reminds me I already mentioned that site, yes I did: in Issue #27, but some features on the Net are just worth being a bit redundant over.
