Blanking GraphicsDecember 9, 2001I am constantly overwhelmed with messages regarding blanking graphics on WebTV units. Unfortunately, this is due to a bug in the WebTV browser software, and I can do nothing to help! I appreciate everyone's comments and complaints (I've collected nearly 1,000 so far), but since there's nothing I can do to help, and since MSNTV has been very unresponsive to my requests in the past, it serves no purpose. I please ask that you do not contact me regarding blanking graphics, as there's nothing I can do about it, and there's no real useful response I can send back to help. I deeply regret my inability to help. (If there were something I could do, I would have back in August 2000 when the problem started.) -bill!
